Classic Mode — Clue Guide
In Classic Mode, every guess reveals up to seven different clues about the mystery champion. Here is what each column means:

Pro Tips to Win Every Day

Start with a diverse opener. Begin with a champion that covers a wide range of attributes — a male, melee, Mana-using, Demacian champion released before 2015 gives maximum information on the first guess.

Use the release year arrows. Yellow arrows tell you the answer is older or newer. Combined with region and species, this cuts the remaining champion pool by more than half.

For Quote Mode, listen to the tone. Aggressive quotes suggest fighters or assassins, while mysterious or poetic lines often point to mages or supports.

For Splash Mode, focus on colors. Freljord blues, Void purples, and Noxian reds hint at a champion's region before you even see the full image.

Memorize uncommon species. Yordles, Void creatures, and Celestials are rare — a species match almost immediately identifies the champion.

History of LoLdle
LoLdle was launched in July 2022 by a passionate League of Legends fan and developer. The game spread rapidly through the LoL community on Reddit, Twitter, and Discord, gaining hundreds of thousands of daily players within its first month. It was one of many Wordle-inspired games to emerge after the original Wordle went viral in 2021.
